I received the BlackShark v2 x today, but the activation code for Surround Sound 7.1 is missing... I tried to register the Product ID in my account and it says it's already registered. What do I do now? I've already tried contacting support but they always send me to a page that doesn't solve my problem.

Unfortunately, we cannot remove the existing registration from the previous owner or issue a new 7.1 Surround Sound activation code for this unit. It would be best that you reach out to your reseller to request a refund or replacement.
