Hello everyone. About two months ago, I received the 7.1 surround sound activation code for the Blackshark V2 X model I just bought. It worked and I entered it. However, today I reset my computer and downloaded the application again. Even though I was in the account where I entered the activation code before, it asked for the activation code. When I entered the old code, it said it had already been used. What can I do?

I understand your concern regarding the 7.1 surround sound activation code for your Razer BlackShark V2 X. Please note that the activation code is designed to be used only once, and it is tied to your RazerID. This means that you can install the app on any system using your RazerID, and your license should still be valid without needing to re-enter the code. Make sure you are logged into the correct RazerID account where you initially activated the code.
