Purchased a Kraken V3 X headset and it did not come with an activation code nor did I receive one when I registered it. How do I get an activation code?

    Hi, I got a similar problem, I had trouble scratching through the card and can't see the code properly. Can I get some help?

    Please send me the serial number of your headset via PM, along with the email address linked to your Razer ID. I can use those to verify its model and check if you are eligible for code generation. I'll pick it up from there.

    You can send me a photo of the scratched card via PM, together with the email address associated with your Razer ID. Upload it on Google Drive, then paste the shareable link to your message.
