I recently purchased a Razer BlackShark V2 X headset and have successfully registered it on my Razer ID account. However, I did not receive the 7.1 Surround Sound activation code.
There was no scratch card or activation code included in the box, and I did not receive any email with the code after registration either.

I have carefully checked my inbox, spam folder, and trash folder, but I was not able to find any email containing the 7.1 Surround Sound activation code.
