7.1 Surround Sound Activation Code

I have thoroughly checked my inbox, spam folder, and trash folder, but unfortunately, I have not received any email containing the 7.1 Surround Sound activation code.

I have also visited the 7.1 Surround Sound Activation Code Online Service page (https://www.razer.com/7.1-surround-sound) and entered my headset's serial number, but I still wasn’t able to obtain the activation code through the system.

My headset model is Razer BlackShark V2 X (3.5mm version), and there was no scratch card included in the product packaging. I’ve verified everything inside the box.
