Hello, I accidentally activated the 7.1 surround sound activation code on my guest account and I can't log in. I'd like to request a new code to use on my original account.

Please note that application codes, like the 7.1 Surround Sound activation code, are designed for one-time use and are non-transferable. If the previous owner already registered and used the code, unfortunately, we won't be able to provide a new one.
