Hello, I bought my Razer BlackShark V2 X headphones last year and I'm trying to activate the 7.1 surround sound.However, when I try to register the activation code, it tells me the product is already registered. I didn't register it.I think the code might have been used previously or there might be a problem with the activation system.I'm not requesting a warranty or repair, just help activating the 7.1 surround sound.I can provide the proof of purchase, serial number, and photos if needed.Could someone from Razer technical support help me resolve this?Thank you.

May I know where you purchased the headset? Please send me a PM with the serial number of your Razer BlackShark V2 X, along with your proof of purchase showing the date and store name. Kindly upload these files to Google Drive and set the sharing settings to "Public" or "Anyone with the link" so I can access them. Please be advised that this issue suggests the unit may have been previously owned or could potentially be counterfeit. Unfortunately, we are unable to remove the existing registration from the previous owner or issue a new 7.1 Surround Sound activation code for this unit. We recommend that you request a refund directly from the reseller if possible.
