7.1 Surround sound activation code didn't come

I have registered in BlackShark v3 X in my account but didn’t receive the code.

I only received one product registered email.

I also tried resend code function but still not working. 

I have checked the spam box.

Do you have a Razer BlackShark V3 X (wired) and are you trying to get its 7.1 surround sound code? If yes, then Razer BlackShark V3 X (wired) generally comes with 7.1 surround sound software, which is activated via a code usually found inside the product box.
