I recently purchased a new Razer Barracuda X Chroma and registered the product, but I have not received the activation code via email. The "Request a New Activation Code" feature on the website is not working for me. I have checked all my email folders and have never received my code. I have also changed my main email address on the Razer ID website (razerid.razer.com), but the "Request a New Activation Code" function is still sending the code to my old email address. Is there another way I can obtain the activation code, or how can I change the email address that it is being sent to?
