hello guys i bought Razer BlackShark V2 X on my local store they did give me a headset with box but im not sure if it had a surround sound activation code i remember looking at the papers and at the box too and did not find anything i just bought it like 1 week ago not even please help with a activation code i really want to see how this headset can perform at the moment bass is too loud its a 3.5mm cable option one.
i bought headset from “Game zone” which is is located in georgia,tbilisi,rustaveli.
i payed 174,68 GEL which is 64.83 USD atm.
on the name of the order it says “razer gaming headset blackshark v2 x 3.5mm black (removed PN) (11074)
I purchased it via delivery specifically from “WOLT” delivery.
random delivery guy picked it up from the store and delivered it to me.
If you guys could help would be amazing really.

Please register the headset to your Razer account, then check the email associated with your Razer ID to see if you received the activation code.
