7.1 Surround Sound activation code is invalid even though I just got the code.

I got a new pair of Razer Kraken V3 X's and I wanted to activate the surround sound. I went through all the steps and registered by product. I entered my serial number to get the code, got the code, copied it and then typed it into the THX spatial audio application and it said "The code you have entered does not seem to be valid. Please try again." I had just gotten the code so I don't know why it would be invalid

    You need to download 7.1 Surround app: https://mysupport.razer.com/app/answers/detail/a_id/614 not THX Spatial (this is a different surround app).

    I actually have the same issue did you ever find a fix? I definitely have the right app.

    Same here, copied code from email I’ve got after registering Kraken X Lite, and it tells it’s not valid

    My bad, needed to press Show More and it was at the very bottom - not intuitive installation experience ;D
