7.1 Surround Sound activation code not sending | Razer Insider

I’ve tried to get the activation code sent quite a few times now and I’m still yet to get it. 
 

email is correct, serial number is correct, I’ve checked my spam/junk folder and it’s not in there… I don’t really know where to go from here!
 

In the UK there seems to be no way to contact anyone from Razer, can anyone help with how they resolved this issue?

When did you register your device? Please send me a message via PM along with your headset’s serial number so I can validate it in our database and check its exact variant.
