7.1 Surround Sound Activation Code not sent

Hi, I bought the Razer Kaira X (PS Edition) and registered it, but I have yet to receive the 7.1 Surround Sound activation code. I did check my spam folder along with other folders in my email, and I have also tried to request a new activation code multiple times with no success.

Help?
