7.1 Surround sound activation code not sent

So as per usual i registered my kaira x playstation licensed on my account and i got the confirmation email that the product is registered successfullyBut the problem is that its been a day since i registered my product but i didnt receive any 7.1 activation codeI checked every part of my email and there were no sign of itEven in the page for the support to get a new activation code its shows as the image attachment that i sentThere is no sign of any email sent to me or any activation code anywherePlease assist in resolving my problem
