7.1 Surround sound activation code not sent

So as per usual i registered my kaira x playstation licensed on my account and i got the confirmation email that the product is registered successfully

But the problem is that its been a day since i registered my product but i didnt receive any 7.1 activation code

I checked every part of my email and there were no sign of it

Even in the page for the support to get a new activation code its shows as the image attachment that i sent

There is no sign of any email sent to me or any activation code anywhere

Please assist in resolving my problem

Please try to request a new activation code in this link. Once done, check your email inbox or spam, if you receive an activation code. If the same problem persists, PM me your headset serial number, email address, and proof of purchase so I can assist you accordingly.
