Hi. Today I bought the Blackshark V2 + usb sound card. I made an account and registered my products but i did not receive any activation code for the 7.1 surrounding sound. I checked the mail but nothing and i tried ti request a new activation code but it just says my product isn’t eligible

Because it uses THX Spatial Audio which is available through Synapse 3 software (doesn’t require any activation).
