Hey everyone i was experiencing some issues finding my activation code via email, and reading through the support chat i realized everyone else was having this issue as well. If you can’t apply for another activation code due to it “not being registered” (even if you’ve registered said device previously) make a completely new razer ID and register your device on that account there (razer devices can be registered to more than 1 account and i was not aware of this). Obviously this can be an inconvenience for some and it’s very time consuming, but it was a way quicker and easier fix than waiting for the VERY busy support team to find time to respond to my help ticket.
