If the code has already been used, log into 7.1 Surround Sound with your Razer ID email address. I am trying to register my Razer BlackShark V2 X - Esports Gaming Headset for the 7.1 Surround Sound activation code and it tells me it is already registered I bought those headphones this month I have not registered any product so they should send the activation code.
