Hello Razer Support,
I recently purchased a Razer BlackShark V2 X headset as a new product, but I encountered an issue when trying to activate the 7.1 Surround Sound feature.
When I entered the activation code, I received a message saying that the code has already been used. I have never used this code before, as this was supposed to be a brand new product.
I tried contact the seller unfortunately the seller seem to use AI response, i cant get hold to further assist for my problem
I kindly ask for your help to verify the product and provide a solution, such as a replacement activation code if possible.
