Hi so i brough a pair of kraken ultimate headphones with 7.1 surround but ive recently reinstalled windows 10 again and didnt know i would have to reactivate it, i need a new code i have proof of purchase

The Razer Kraken Ultimate's settings can be tweaked via Razer Synapse 3.0. Please be aware that the code is only available to the newer versions, namely the Razer Kraken 2019, Kraken X, Kraken X USB, Kraken V3 X, Blackshark V2 X, and the Barracuda X, which uses the 7.1 Surround Sound.
