7.1 Surround Sound app doesn't work

I bought Razer BlackShark V2 X headphones in a Spanish store yesterday. I went to enable surround sound mode using the "7.1 Surround Sound" app, but it doesn't open full-size, meaning I can't turn on surround sound mode

only this opens:
 

 

It simply redirects you to the Ryzer website or logs you out of your account
