7.1 Surround Sound app not launching on Windows 10

I've downloaded and installed the 7.1 Surround Sound app to use with my new Barracuda X. The app shortcut is on my desktop screen. Double-clicking it does nothing. I have uninstalled and re-installed, restarted my computer, etc...no fix. Any experience like this? Solutions?

Resolved. Did a clean re-install of Windows 10.
