So i just bought the blackshark v2 x from shopee and itself from official razer store then i follow the instruction how to activate but after finish installing 7.1 surround sound app it just disappeared and when i right click on the icon in minimize mode it say to login then i did what should i but then its just like that.The app itself do not come up with enter activation code. i do not know whats the problem. please someone help me.

actually i already found the solution but idk its work for everyone or not.In my case i used to change my user folder name and when the 7.1 surround sound app was installed it recreate the old user folder and was place in that place
here how i do:
i just move the appdata from old user folder name to the current user folder name.then close the one that on icon in minimize mode then open again.thats all
