7.1 surround sound app not working

mine starts but im permanently logged out and when i try to sign it it works for 1 whole second then logs me out and ive been looking around for the past hour as to why i cant log in. i have got some text error emily 503 at one point

Same here, the only thing im getting is TEXT_ERROR_EMILY 503. or that my password or mail are incorrect, this is very annoying.

Got kicked out of the software in the middle of a game, gives me “server access unavailable” when I try to log back in. Guess this isn’t just a me problem. Trying to log in using my email gave me the Emily 503 error other users have experienced.

I also got this issue right now.

I was reinstalled my windows and razer app dont want to log me in. Loading and then it wants me to log in again. Wtf?)

Is there any solution? Otherwise I can't use the program.

Hello, i had same problem, I upgraded to windows 11 and the app simply wasn´t loggin in, it was an ethernal “loggin” mesagge, it turned out that all I needed was install Java again.
Well I unninstalled the app, restarted my pc, I went to the local archieves (the ones on Program files and Program filesx86 too) and restarted pc again, then installed Java and proceed to install 7.1 sourround app again and Bingo!
