7.1 Surround Sound App Not Working

I’ve seen many people with the same issue yet I still haven’t seen a solution. I just got a Razer Blackshark V2 X and tried to install the surround sound software but when I press get started it disappears and this is what shows in the debug:

Has there been a fix to this? If not, then what is a good alternative program?
