I installed Razer 7.1 Surround Sound on my admin windows account. Everything works perfectly.

Log in to another local windows account on my PC for the kids and the app doesn't behave properly. It shows it is running and that I am signed in to my Razer account, but the app UI does not open and the only options I have when right clicking the icon tray is "Log Out" and "Exit". In the sound settings, both "Razer Barracuda X" and "7.1 Surround Sound" show up, but only Razer Barracuda X works, 7.1 Surround Sound does not work. Probably because I cannot toggle the on/off in the app UI.



Is there a restriction on local windows accounts with this app?

Hi there, I have the exact same issue as you as well. Very sad that we are not getting replies on our posts. Please let me know if you are able to find a fix.
