When i got the headset (yesterday) i was doing all the sign my product in, got the code can download razor cortex and synapse 3 but when i downloaded the 7.1 surround sound it did not and how can i check if my PC reaches the requirments of the headset or the 7.1 surround sound. I can download others but not razor 7.1 surround sound. When i click yes on tryna download it, it does not do anything , no sound no nothing. Can somone help me out?

First, download and install the 7.1 Surround Sound software and use the activation code that came with your purchase or after the registration.By the way, the Razer 7.1 Surround Sound requires a Windows 10 64-bit operating system.
