7.1 Surround Sound can't login

Just got a new headset and it came with the surround sound activation code, downloaded the surround sound application and I can't login. It's saying "unable to get a new web socket connection from the pool in stage 1: remote error: tls: handshake failure". I've tried disabling my firewall and restarting multiple times.

        I am also unable to login the surround sound 7.1 system

          Kinda sad and disappointed really, cause if the software isn't working it's probably something that has been out for sometime I guess. Also my mic isn't being recognized by the computer somehow, don't know if it's the lack of the software. Hopefully they fix it, if I never get to experience de 7.1 surround sound it's really messed up cause i've scratched the code already, thinking that I was going to use it after. No returns :(
