Hello, the activation code should be on a thin piece of paper that is placed you will imedietly see after you open the box, if the paper is not included contact your retail store you purchased the headset from.

Sorry for the mishap. However, a damaged or lost activation card is not covered by Razer's limited warranty. Please send me a PM together with your device's serial number so I can check your device's registration status and check if there's an allocated code in your account. I'll be locking this thread now.
