There is no need to install an external THX Spatial app. just use the Synapse app and go to Audio and then go to Mixer.
(It's in the manual, by the way)

This issue is related to the latest update. Yes I did not have THX spatial as well. When the reason update happened, x.x.x.110912, it removed the THX Razer driver. There’s no information if that driver was supposed to be removed or whether it should still stay on.
