Hello, 

I bought Razer Kaira X for playstation 5 and haven't received the activation code for the headset. I don't even know if the headset supports the surround sound. I have also registered the headset as said on the manual and even then didn't receive the code via email. If someone can help me with this issue it would be really helpful.  On the page it says that the email has been sent but I haven't received any email regarding the code.
