The app that you’re trying to activate is wrong most probably. You need this one https://www.razer.com/eu-en/71-surround-sound

You have entered it on the wrong app. The THX Spatial Audio is different from the 7.1 Surround Sound feature. Please send me a message via PM along with your headset’s serial number so I can validate it and help you with the activation.
