I am writing to request assistance with activating the 7.1 Surround Sound / THX Spatial Audio for my Razer BlackShark V2 headset with USB Dongle.
Here are the details of my situation:

When I first plugged in the USB dongle, Windows recognized it, but the software installation was interrupted.

I later manually downloaded the software from the official Razer website and installed the 7.1 Surround Sound app.

The application is now asking for a 20-character activation code. However, I did not receive any activation code via email upon product registration, and the connected USB dongle is not automatically activating the license/features as expected.
