7.1 Surround Sound Code Already Used – BlackShark V2 X

Hello,

 

I own a Razer BlackShark V2 X headset, and I’m trying to activate the 7.1 Surround Sound software. However, when I enter the serial number, it says that the code has already been used.

 

Unfortunately, I no longer have the proof of purchase, as I bought the headset some time ago. I can still provide the serial number and any other information or photos you may need.

 

Would it be possible to receive a new activation code or access the software in another way? Thank you in advance for your support.

Kindly check the 7.1 Surround Sound activation code on the scratch card included in the box, as indicated here.
