Hello Razer Fam.
I just bought a Kraken X today and accidentally scratched the 7.1 Surround sound code too hard.
I can't make out the middle section of it. Since I'm from Singapore, there's not live chat service here and I have to rely on the customer support email.
Any idea if it's possible to even get a replacement code or GG 7.1?
Was looking forward to it so badly.

Last time I heard, RAZER support cannot help if the activation code is missing or scratched off. You need the followings
If what you have advised is true, that this is a new product; see if the retail store can give you a replacement under the warranty.
