7.1 Surround sound code invalid?

Just bought a new pair of blackshark v2 X, tried activating the 7.1 Surround code and it says it's invalid. I rechecked the code ( There's no 0 or O that I could mess up ), restarted my pc, still invalid.

Managed to get the code working when I woke up, it was probably something on my end, but thanks for the reply! :)
