Just bought a new pair of blackshark v2 X, tried activating the 7.1 Surround code and it says it's invalid. I rechecked the code ( There's no 0 or O that I could mess up ), restarted my pc, still invalid.

a. A photo showing the activation card or from where did you get the code.

b. The error message while activating the code

c. The email address associated to your Razer ID.
