I downloaded the program, created an account, and the last step was to put in the activation code. Unfortunately, I had scratched a little too hard on some letters but I can still conclude what the code is, yet I put it in correctly three times and it says invalid. How am I supposed to activate the surround sound now?

Otherwise, wait for one of the RAZER official stuff for further advice through this thread Prepare the followings~~~

• S/N
• P/N
• Proof of purchase (legal receipt)
• Email address &/or RAZER ID used for registering your RAZER product
• Photo of the damaged Activation Code

Try to register your headset here and you should receive the activation code through email. IF that didn't help, I will start a case to request a new code.
