Hello, I bought the Razer Blackshark V2 X headset. I activated the code to use the 7.1 surround sound feature. I reset my computer. It asks me to enter the code again to use the 7.1 surround sound feature. I enter the code and it says that this code has been used. Therefore, I cannot use the 7.1 surround sound feature. Please help.
