7.1 Surround Sound does not work properly

I have recently bought a new RAZER BASE STATION V2 CHROMA - CHROMA ENABLED HEADSET STAND WITH USB 3 1HUB AND 7 1 SURROUND SOUND - NASA PACKAGING. I followed the instructions as mentioned in https://mysupport.razer.com/app/answers/detail/a_id/614. I have successfully installed the programme and logged in, but after that the programme screen closes and does not prompt for an activation code. Specifically, I DO NOT see the screen images of the application attached to this post.

Did you receive an activation code? Ensure that your Base Station V2 Chroma is registered here. Once done, wait for the code via email within 24-48 hours. You may check it in your registered email inbox or spam folder. I'll be locking this thread so I can divert our conversation privately.
