for some reason after i updated an audio driver, the sound from the 7.1 surround becomes broken. then i reinstalled the 7.1 surround but it doesn''t show up in the playback devices. pls help

    Hey there! Thanks for posting your concern here. Were there any Windows or Synapse update before the issue started? Aside from your 7.1 Surround Sound, have you tried clean reinstalling your Razer Synapse 3? If you haven't, please click this link. Let me know if it helps.
