7.1 Surround Sound Driver Missing

What i did to fix it was to go in the Device Manager -> Click on Action -> Add Legacy Drivers -> Tick to install manually -> Click on Sound,video and game controllers and click next -> Scroll down until you see Razer and click it -> on the right side you will see Model, just click 7.1 Surround sound and click next and next again and that's it. That's how i fixed it! ❤️

Thank you for this! This is really helpful but now I have another problem where '7.1 (surround sound)' doesnt appear in the 7.1 surround sound app. Do you know how to fix this? This is really annoying as I chose this brand for the quality but this is just disappointing.

Don't be disappointed with this brand. Logitech and Razer have the best products and great support, the problem is the pandemic. Well, if you are in the Razer Kraken or Razer Kraken X app: Just select the audio system that you are going to apply 7.1, 7.1 itself does not appear, it is normal. It appears only on the volume icon. example: in app 7.1, only the sound of my TV and the sound of my PC appear. In the icon appears the normal sound of my TV, the normal sound of my PC and the 7.1 surround sound.

I'm having another problem, the audio when I put it, referring to the icon, the 7.1 system the sound starts to lock up and I only hear a "shock". the official support is already getting in touch, thankfully
