7.1 surround sound driver not showing

So I was having issues with the 7.1 surround sound program not working so I went to the driver in sound control panel and uninstalled it thinking I could just re-install when I reinstall the 7.1 surround sound software and get it back but after reinstalling it a couple of times it does not re install the actual driver. Is there anyway to get it back? I have attacked a pic to show what I mean that it is not there.
