I have bought a pair of Barracuda X a few days ago and I can't activate my 7.1 Surround Sound. I have downloaded the software and it won't let me select the output device. I saw that I have to select 7.1 Surround Sound output device but my pc doesn't detect it, it only detects the headphones.
I have searched online and someone said to try to run the SophieLiteDriver.exe manually as sometimes the installer doesn't do it, but when I try it, it will say installation aborted and I don't know what to do.
Can someone help me please?
