i bought a razer kraken like 2 years ago and do not have the code to activate the surround sound i also dont have the packaging or anything else is there another way to get the code?

    Please send me the email address that is connected to your Razer ID together with your device's serial number that starts with "SN' via PM so I can check its registration status. I'll be locking this thread now.

    i do not have my headset linked to my razer id account and i dont know where to find the serial number of the headset
