You need to download 7.1 Surround app: https://mysupport.razer.com/app/answers/detail/a_id/614 not THX Spatial (this is a different surround app).

I downloaded the application you mentioned, but when I type the activation code that came with the product, the following message appears "Invalid license code"

Have you registered the product to your razer account yet?

It is not possible because the message of invalid code appears.

I have the same problem, has anybody found a solution to this?
I have downloaded the correct app and got sent an email of the activation code but it still says it’s invalid…
Please help.

@Daud94 Hi! I don’t know if u already did this but first you have to register the product in the ‘Synapse’ app and then you will receive your activation code for ‘Surround Sound 7.1’ app.

Wrong app. It’s thx spatial and you’re trying to activate 7.1 surround? Uninstall this and download: https://www.razer.com/71-surround-sound

why can we not not activate THX spatial? i need it for the equalizer.

What headset do you have? If headset is THX Spatial enabled, then you use it from Synapse software, not external THX App (no activation is required there).

I know this post is pretty old, sorry to Necro it. 

I clicked on the link given for my kraken kitty bt headphones, to download the 7.1 surround, but then I get 404 snek.

Hello, I bought one of the number products, but I registered on the site and got the activation code, but when I try to enter it, it says invalid.
I wrote the code by hand and copied it several times, but each time the result was invalid.

Are you sure, that you’re trying to activate 7.1 Surround app and NOT THX Spatial (at least for the Blackshark V2 ? https://www.razer.com/eu-en/71-surround-sound
