7.1 surround sound issue
So i have the razer Kraken for about a year and suddenly the other day my surround sound just stopped working. It's just basic sound. I tried many solutions I found on the internet but none of them worked. Does anyone know why this happened?

+1Have you checked if you have proper input device set in 7.1 Surround app?
Also did you've tried reinstalling it?

i accidentally moved a file but when i tried reinstalling the surround sound but it says "unable to find locale data files. please reinstall" (as shown in the uploaded photo) any help how to fix it? thank you very much
