So I got the Blackshark V2's like a year ago. At the start the surround sound worked just fine. A couple months later, I turned it on. I went to my sound settings to switch to Surround sound but the 7.1 Surround sound option didn't appear. And it still doesn't.

Does anyone know how to fix this? If so please tell me.

The Razer Blackshark V2 is THX enabled which can be activated through Synapse 3. Did you already check if you turned it on in Synapse? Make sure both the Synapse application and Windows OS are up to date as well.
