I have 3 profiles on my Windows. Let’s name the profiles A, B and C.
I’’ve installed the 7.1 Surround Sound software on Profile A. From the app, I can select which audio device I can use for the surround sound software. I can also disable/enable the software from task bar. and open the main window from there.
When I switch over to Profile B, i can see the surround sound software but I’m unable to open the app and from the taskbar, I can only view my name. The same goes if switch to Profile C.
Any idea how I can fix this?
