7.1 surround sound ''no authendication found''

Hey guys! I really hope one of you can help me out! Whenever I log into 7.1 surround sound with my Razer account, it says: no authendication found. Some time ago, I used 7.1 surround sound and had no problems with anything, until one day it stopped working. I then paid no attention to it for months until today. I uninstalled surround sound and then reinstalled it but so now it shows this message every time I log in. Any ideas? I'd love to hear it!

    yeah me too, I don’t know why, i use Blackshark V2 X, it same with me, i ignore it before, but today i notice something on login page, it suggest some weird ID name on it, it’s not my ID, is it possible if someone else to use or re-activate our product again?
